Seems I wake between 2:30 and 4:30 AM each night after only three hours' sleep with a task to do for Rลmy. I get it done and then go back to sleep.
Somehow I have got by ok this past week, when my sleep -- at night and naps during the day -- have totaled maybe 35 hours for the past seven days.
