Dear Fellowship Family,

Welcome to The Tabernacle International Christian Fellowship.

It is my honor to personally welcome you into a global community of faith-based leaders, marketplace professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, government leaders, and Kingdom-minded individuals who believe that our calling extends beyond the walls of a church and into every sphere of society.

I am Apostle Dr. J. Anthony White, Founder and Chief Apostle of The Tabernacle International Christian Fellowship. For more than four decades, my ministry assignment has centered on strengthening leaders, developing people, building bridges across nations and cultures, and helping individuals recognize and fulfill the purpose God has placed upon their lives.

The Tabernacle International Christian Fellowship was established from a conviction that leaders should not have to lead alone.

God has raised up extraordinary men and women throughout the world who are serving in churches, ministries, businesses, corporations, communities, governments, and global organizations. Many are carrying significant assignments, yet they also need genuine relationships, spiritual encouragement, trusted community, strategic collaboration, and opportunities to grow alongside other leaders.

That is why this fellowship exists.

Our Vision

Our vision is to become a global fellowship of Kingdom leaders who are spiritually strengthened, relationally connected, strategically equipped, and empowered to influence their communities, industries, governments, churches, and nations.

We envision a fellowship where an Apostle in Africa, a Pastor in the United States, an entrepreneur in Europe, an executive in Asia, and a government leader in the Caribbean can be connected through a common commitment to faith, integrity, leadership, service, and Kingdom advancement.

We believe the Kingdom of God must have influence in every area of society.

Therefore, we are intentionally building a community that brings together the pulpit and the marketplace, ministry and leadership, faith and influence, prayer and strategy.

Our Mission

The mission of The Tabernacle International Christian Fellowship is to:

Provide spiritual covering, encouragement, fellowship, and accountability for faith-based leaders.
Create a trusted global network where leaders can build meaningful relationships and collaborate across nations.
Equip leaders through teaching, leadership development, mentorship, prayer, conferences, convocations, and strategic gatherings.
Connect faith-based, marketplace, and government leaders who desire to use their influence for positive Kingdom impact.
Develop emerging leaders and strengthen established leaders for greater effectiveness in their assignments.
Encourage churches, ministries, businesses, organizations, and leaders to work together rather than operate in isolation.
Create opportunities for global missions, community transformation, economic development, humanitarian initiatives, and Kingdom partnerships.
Promote excellence, integrity, servant leadership, spiritual maturity, and responsible stewardship.
Build bridges between generations, cultures, denominations, industries, and nations.

Spiritual Covering Without Taking Your Authority

For our pastors, bishops, apostles, overseers, prophets, evangelists, and ministry leaders, it is important that you understand our heart.

The Tabernacle International Christian Fellowship is a covering, not a controlling organization.

If you are already leading a church, ministry, network, or organization, you maintain the authority, identity, governance, and leadership of the assignment God has entrusted to you.

We are not here to take your church.

We are not here to replace your vision.

We are here to strengthen the visionary.

Our desire is to stand beside you, pray with you, encourage you, provide resources and relationships, and help you become even more effective in what God has already called you to do.

More Than a Fellowship

This community is designed to become more than an organization you join.

It should become a relationship you value, a resource you utilize, and a global family you can grow with.

Within this fellowship, you will have opportunities to participate in:

Leadership Development — Teaching and training designed to strengthen your spiritual, personal, organizational, and leadership capacity.

Global Relationships — Connections with pastors, apostles, bishops, entrepreneurs, executives, government leaders, professionals, and other influential leaders.

Our Culture

As we build this fellowship together, there are several values that will define who we are.

We will be a fellowship of honor without hierarchy becoming arrogance.

We will pursue growth without compromising biblical truth.

We will celebrate one another because another person's success does not diminish our assignment.

There is room for all of us to serve.

My Commitment to You

As Chief Apostle, my commitment is to help cultivate a fellowship where leaders can be strengthened spiritually while also being equipped practically.

I believe deeply in the Church, but I also believe that Kingdom influence must reach beyond Sunday morning.

God has placed believers in boardrooms, classrooms, courtrooms, government offices, businesses, universities, neighborhoods, ministries, and nations.

Our responsibility is to equip them to represent the Kingdom with wisdom, excellence, integrity, compassion, courage, and authority.

The future of this fellowship will therefore be intentionally global, apostolic, collaborative, intergenerational, and marketplace-engaged.

We are building something that can connect leaders across continents while never losing the importance of personal relationships.
