- College of Bishops: Provides governance, ordains clergy, and maintains doctrinal integrity.
- Prophetic Council: A body of prophets ensuring discernment, direction, and prophetic covering.
- Council of Elders: Senior spiritual advisors and intercessors upholding accountability.
2. National & Regional Leadership
- Archbishops/Regional Apostles: Cover continents or major regions (Africa, Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Caribbean).
- Bishops/Overseers: Govern nations, large territories, or multiple churches.
- District Superintendents/Presbyters: Oversee clusters of churches within cities or states.
- Senior Pastors: Lead local congregations and ministries.
3. Administrative Offices (Headquarters Support)
- Office of the Chief Apostle: Executive office handling spiritual vision, global strategies, and major decisions.
- Office of Administration (General Secretary): Manages operations, policies, records, and compliance.
- Treasurer / Chief Financial Officer: Handles budgets, tithes, offerings, international funds, and stewardship.
- Director of Communications & Media: Oversees branding, publications, livestreams, and press releases.
- Director of Global Missions & Outreach: Coordinates evangelism, humanitarian projects, and church planting.
- Director of Education & Training: Runs Bible institutes, leadership academies, and Five-Fold Ministry training.
- Legal & Governance Department: Ensures compliance with international laws and church bylaws.
4. Ecclesiastical Departments
- Ministerial Ordination & Licensing Board – Oversees ordination of Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, Evangelists, Teachers.
- Department of Intercession & Prayer – Organizes prayer networks, watchmen teams, and global prayer convocations.
- Department of Evangelism & Church Planting – Equips ministers to expand The Tabernacle globally.
- Department of Worship & Arts – Oversees worship teams, musicians, choirs, and prophetic arts.
- Department of Christian Education – Sunday school, discipleship classes, and leadership development.
- Department of Pastoral Care & Counseling – Provides care for ministers, members, and families.
- Department of Youth & Young Adults – Develops next-generation leaders.
- Department of Women's & Men’s Ministries – Empowerment and development of gender-specific ministries.
5. Auxiliaries & Specialized Ministries
- Marketplace & Business Network: Connects entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals under Kingdom principles.
- Global Humanitarian & Relief Ministry: Disaster relief, feeding programs, and international aid
- Media & Technology Division: Podcasts, broadcasts, publishing, and digital ministry expansion.
- Conference & Events Division: Organizes global summits, crusades, and annual convocations.
- Ecclesiastical Tribunal & Ethics Committee: Handles conflicts, accountability, and discipline within fellowship.
