Inspire your teammates in 2026
You don’t inspire teammates by showing them how amazing you are. You inspire them by helping them see how amazing they can be.
That’s the difference between:
• attention-seeking and impact
• ego and leadership
• being talented and being trusted
The best teammates:
- Talk others up instead of themselves
- Celebrate effort, not just results
- Make the people around them feel confident, capable, and valued
If you want more respect in the locker room…If you want teammates to fight for you…If you want to actually lead...
Start by lifting someone else.
