Pavel is in DARKROOM retreat in Thailand

Hey family,

Pavel just went into the darkness & silence for the next 10 days. I thought I'd share this super cute video of Pixie brining him into the darkroom. As you guys know we have been filming snippets of our life to share with you all on youtube. I also know that SO many people are interested in darkroom content, what is it like? where is it? you don't eat, how does that work?!

I have been getting healing/ detox treatments here in Tao Garden like acupuncture, chi/stomach massage & colonics. I have also been just drinking liquids and fruits as this is also my "yearly detox". If you've never gotten an colonic... consider this your sign :) it's good to maintenance the pipes.

I will be headed to Koh Phangan which is a tiny island off the eastern side of Thailand to meet with some friends and enjoy the beach (i'll still be working but I have a support system there to help with Pixie). It's one of our favorite places in the world.

In the meantime, I've also included our family ritual that we love to do to help us feel more connected & balanced. And if you're missing Pavel's bi-weekly express system reset, I've also included a 3 minute nervous system rest.
