Thankful
I met Andrew and joined IBDCoach over 3 years ago when I was about to go into a major bowel surgery. I was scared and lost and didn't know what my future held. Through his coaching and friendship and the incredible content and community provided, I regenerated my health and got back to a really good place in mind, body and soul. I still have challenges, but I feel more aligned with my True self, more courageous and more resilient. Personally, combining this organization with a deep Spiritual and meditation practice and living my purpose has been the key to my well being.
