I’m looking for a video storyteller who becomes a co-creator with me. Someone who will be brainstorming, shooting, and editing with me.

We’re currently at 500,000 subscribers and we want to take over the personal growth space on YouTube by building a thriving community that moves mountains.

(This is a bit of a "needle in a haystack" we’re looking for, so we’re paying a $5,000 referral fee if you end up referring the person we end up hiring long-term.)

Anyone come to mind?

They don’t have to have all the skills yet because I will teach them everything. We will learn alongside each other.

But they do have to have a deep passion & natural talent for storytelling, be insanely hungry to a level that is intimidating, and be very hardworking.

This is a full-time, all-in position for someone who wants to be part of something bigger than themselves and, in the process, become someone who is undeniable.

This position is not for the faint of heart. It’s very hardcore.

They’re going to be working with me here in Austin, TX, learn everything, be plugged into the creator economy, surrounded by creators, in a fast-paced startup environment with a lot of pressure and long hours.

But all the struggle will be worth it 10x over.

They must be able to relocate to Austin and legally work in the US.
