The questions:
- Who's it for?
- What's it for?
- What is the worldview of the audience you're trying to reach?
- What are they afraid of?
- What story will you tell? Is it true? (Use storybrand framework: https://www.mojomedialabs.com/blog/complete-guide-storybrand-framework )
- What change are you seeking to make?
- How will it change their status?
- How will you reach the early adopters/neophilliacs? (The idea here is that about 10% of the population are "early adopters" and are always searching for new ideas. They are quick to adopt your product/service and share it with their friends. They love the new, the creative, and the original.)
- Why will they tell their friends?
- What will they tell their friends?
- Where's the network effect that will propel this forward? (why will it spread?)
- What asset are you building?
- Are you proud of it?
These questions have been invaluable for me whenever I'm planning a new product/service.
Use it to get CLARITY about what you're offering.
