The missing Puzzle piece
So, I've been questioning myself why Synthesizing resonated with me as much as it did.
The conclusion I came to is I want to have it all, but let me explain.
I wanted to create something for a long time & I’m Interested in many subjects & therefore consume quite a lot of content. The knowledge I get from that just sits there even though I found it intriguing enough to consume it. Ideally, I would do something with it, but I felt something was off. It was my mindset, the feeling to not be good enough, that it has to be perfect.
But there’s no need for my creations to be even good at first. The most important thing is starting & creating.
There still was something in the back of my mind. If I want to make anything for other people it better be perfect or good enough right?
That’s where Synthesizing comes in for me.
I can create content without pressuring myself that it has to be good. I’m doing it for myself & If people like it – nice. The potential to grow & adapt from here is huge.
The experiences from consuming & creating content (curating for myself & finding what works) will then help me synthesize on a higher level for others.
At different places in time, I will be at different stages of this process with different topics & ideas.
So, thinking in this Framework takes care of my worries(past) & wants (future) as well as encouraging me to work in the present towards that goal.
Looks like a pretty clear picture to me now.
What do you think of my adaptation of this concept ?
