"Quitting" Caffeine = Super Drug For Work
I used to be dependent on it for work and it's often overlooked but you can turn caffeine into an amazing tool if used correctly. (I will not say it works for all as everyone's body is different)
While they are extreme views, they hold a good point and now I've managed to turn caffeine into a super drug for work... Here's how:
I used to drink a cup on a Monday to kick me into the week and sometimes on a Friday for me to give it my all before the weekend, (which turned into daily use.)
I felt no benefit over time and now I was drinking to feel normal (tolerance builds up and less of an effect it has)
I decided to quit cold turkey and return to keeping it for 1-2 per week max.
Now, I could more easily go to sleep and wake up easier and on the day I did use coffee, it was amazing, ideas would flow and work would feel effortless. I will try to stick to this now.
