One strategy for audience growth and monetisation
A realisation I had this evening:
In any market there is a segment of people that are serious about achieving a transformation.
As a result, they consume the content from the person that they believe will most effectively help them achieve the transformation they desire.
They don't care about camera quality, titles, thumbnails, storytelling etc.
They just care about value of content.
Which is why “creating the most valuable content for NICHE to achieve TRANSFORMATION” is an effective strategy for developing an audience.
Plus that segment are the ones most likely to pay you for helping them.
