I find too many consultants/ coaches struggling because they are applying incredible skills to states of being instead of actual products or ends that their clients will get support achieving.

If I meet you in an elevator and we chat. I get excited about our conversation, I should be able to ask you the following question and I you need to know the answer to build your business: "What do I hope to gain in 3 months, 6 months of working with you?"
