I'm trying out Substack instead of Youtube to get leads

Hey all, just wanted to tell you about an experiment i'm trying here...

First of all, I do have a youtube channel which currently Sythesizes the topic of facilitation and leads to a course on the same topic https://www.youtube.com/@AJSmart

But a new thing i'm trying right now is posting bi-weekly on Substack and I've found it relatively easy to get to close to 1000 subscribers in little under 3 weeks with very little promotion (https://howtobusiness.substack.com/).

Anyone else in here using Substack? I'd love to hear your experiences!
