Hello Synthesizers 👋🏻

Hi all 😁

I realised I'd never posted or even introduced myself. And after looking at the percentiles in the Leaderboard section, it was alarming to see how many of us (including me) were sat in the Level 1 Procrastinator 😅

Anyhoo...

My name is Rich, and I reside in the UK (Yorkshire) with my wife (Elaine) and four sons - 5, 14, 18 & 20yrs old. My area of speciality and passion for most of my life has been sales & communication - with the latter being a place of flow and hyper-focus I've made the most money from.

As an ENFP, I feel deeply connected with my life purpose being set around human mastery. With the full intent of using that to facilitate true transformation as the main meal - as we've already been doing this through the other coaching outputs (business & fitness).

Historically, I've closed with some of ClickFunnel's original sales guys (old school closers), Sam Ovens mastermind clients and set up a sales team for Jay Shetty's life coaching offer when it launched. I've also trained salespeople and teams for DELL, Intel, Samsung, ASUS and John Lewis across the UK - ultimately helping tech nerds sell with more human intent rather than speak in gigahertz 😅

I don't mean to share this ^^ as a flex but merely to give a little more context before I pose a few questions (in a different post) and allow you guys to answer more succinctly ❤️

Admittedly, as I take a breather writing this, I'm beginning to answer one of my most painful questions of late - "what am I truly excited and passionate about that I can wholeheartedly, through deep experience, help others with and make money, whilst stepping even further into my genius?"

Clearly, sales, communication and human mastery get me off 😂 *thanks self with pat on back*

Fast forward to the last 6-7 years, and we've (my wife and I) been successfully coaching fitness professionals on marketing, sales and personal development.

Hosting in-person masterminds from our home for the first 5 years, with over 20 people attending from around the world - to now running those masterminds from a countryside barn conversion with rooms (rather than people travelling from Travellodges etc). We run 3-4 of these a year, with full attendance 😁

In between the in-person events, we provide weekly calls and an online community (Circle right now).

Like a lot of you guys in here, we're at a crossroads with "what to do next" that can produce healthy profits and give us the outlet to grow personally.

I'll save my questions for a different post, as I realise this is in the Intro section!
