Green Smoothie Breakfast for Energy, Movement, and Clarity
A while ago, I felt very tired and fatigued all the time and didn't feel like doing very much throughout the day (even after sleeping 8 hours).
I started to research diets, vitamins, and protocols and pretty much read through every popular guru and resource I could find on the subject.
After pouring in 1000s of hours of research and experimentation, I concluded a simple list of ingredients that everyone should put in their body first thing in the morning. These ingredients:
✅ Start your metabolism
✅ Detox and cleanse your gut
✅ Supercharge the good bacteria
✅ Create brain food and remove fog
✅ Revitalize all the endocrines and organs
✅ Produce very regular and satisfying bowl movement
✅ Brings an unbelievable amount of energy to sustain throughout the day
Based on that, I made up a smoothie that I do every morning that is delicious and fulfilling and fire up the body engine. (Some days I slip and I don't it, and I feel the difference). It seems selfish to keep this little innovation to myself. So sharing with my friends here so that everyone can have fantastic days as I do. Enjoy.
