I made this community because most of the progress I’ve made in lifting came from doing things wrong first, for example, bad programming, ego lifting, missing depth, and failing the same weights over and over. So the idea of this place is simple: you don’t have to repeat my mistakes.
If you’re stuck on a lift, post it here. I will look at it and tell you what I would change based on what actually worked (and what failed) for me.
In addition, PLEASE POST YOUR PRs! I will congratulate you no matter what weight (gymflation is NOT a THING in my opinion. Progress is progress).
How to start:
- Introduce yourself (how long you’ve been lifting)
- Share your current numbers if you know them
- Post ONE lift you want to improve, or post your PR videos
You can upload videos directly. Form checks are the core of this group.
