Hi, my name is Chris Lange and I’m from Chicago, Illinois.
I purchased the Mini Half Bat from Launchd and I hope to get these 3 things from Swing Nirvanna:
- Get my children 9 and 11 (Baseball and Softball) to learn how to incorporate the forward move of the load/coil more effectively.
- Unleashing the coil correctly instead of just swiveling and rotating the torso.
- Mastering the snap and barrel turn to create that “whoosh of air” sound behind them. Make it automatic. (Launch Quickness)
