I am a retiring teacher with 24 years of teaching experience, and I hate what teaching has become. I see the teaching profession today take new teachers and emotionally break them, drive them out of the classroom, and deprive future students of what could have been a wonderful relationship with that one teacher they remember their entire lives.
I have a lot of opinions and I have been holding them in for years. This is my place to honestly say what I am thinking, and hopefully help one struggling teacher make it through another class, another day, another semester, and another year. If this is you, I want you to know that you are not alone.
