The Body Can Change
Last weekend I organized a full-day workshop with Meir Schneider at the Marina in Herzliya, on the shores of the Mediterranean.
One of the advantages of an all-day workshop is that it gives enough time for people to experience hands-on work.
During the day, Meir invited one participant onto the treatment table. She had a forward head posture and a noticeable rounding of the upper back.
After just a few minutes of gentle hands-on work, she stood up looking visibly more upright than when she had first laid down.
Everyone in the room noticed the difference.
It was a beautiful reminder that the body is not fixed.
It is constantly adapting.
Sometimes through gentle movement.
Sometimes through skilled hands-on work.
And often through a combination of both.
That is the philosophy behind everything we teach.
The body can change.
The eyes can change.
Movement can change us.
This is the message of Self-Healing.
Over the past year, working alongside Meir Schneider has reinforced something I have believed for many years:
When we combine Meir's Self-Healing Method with the ancient principles of Chinese Qi Gong, we create something even more powerful.
I call that integration SEE-Gong,
where movement strengthens the body, relaxes the nervous system, improves circulation, and supports healthier vision.
This is only the beginning of the journey.
