The “Remove the Mystery” Framework
Today’s content inspiration is all about removing the mystery around what it’s like to work with you.
The idea:
Show your audience exactly what they can expect if they take the next step with your business.
Think about the experience from your customer’s perspective. What might they be wondering before they visit, call, book, or work with you for the first time?
Where do they go? Who will they meet? What happens first? What will you do together? What will the experience feel like?
Instead of simply telling them that you’re welcoming, helpful, professional, or easy to work with, show them what that actually looks like.
Why use this one?
Taking the first step with a new business can feel uncomfortable simply because it’s unfamiliar.
By showing people what to expect ahead of time, you make the experience feel more familiar before they’ve ever walked through your doors.
It helps answer those little questions they may not even realize they’re asking:
  • Where do I go?
  • Who will I talk to?
  • What happens when I get there?
  • What are we actually going to do?
  • What should I expect?
  • Will I feel comfortable there?
  • What happens after that?
The goal is to make someone think:
“Oh! I know exactly what this is going to be like.”
And when something feels familiar, it’s often much easier to take the next step.
This works especially well for:
  • Local businesses
  • Service providers
  • Professional services
  • Medical & dental practices
  • Salons & spas
  • Fitness businesses
  • Restaurants
  • Retail stores
  • Contractors
  • Financial advisors
  • Real estate professionals
  • Any business where the first visit or interaction may feel unfamiliar

📸 Show a small detail that makes the experience more comfortable, enjoyable, or memorable.
Slide 4 — What to Expect
You’d find [DESCRIBE THE SPACE / PROCESS / EXPERIENCE]…
📸 Show where they’ll sit, what they’ll use, where they’ll go, or what they’ll experience.
Slide 5 — The Main Event

📸 Show the actual service, process, consultation, treatment, project, product, etc.
Slide 6 — The Bigger Picture
All while [CONNECT WHAT YOU DO TO THE THING THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT].
📸 Show the person, family, finished project, happy customer, or lifestyle outcome that connects your service to their bigger goal.

One Last Thought
Don’t worry about making this look overly polished.
The magic of this post is in the specific details.
“Come visit our office!” = generic.
“Here’s where you’ll park, here’s who will greet you, here’s where you’ll sit, here’s what we’ll do together, and here’s what you can expect when you leave.” = helpful.
You’re not just showing people your business.
You’re letting them mentally experience being your customer before they ever become one.
And that’s how you remove the mystery.
