Hi everyone

Hi everyone, I'm Jan I'm the person behind a knitwear business called Elizabeth Larsen Knitwear and I'm based in a beautiful part of the UK called Cumbria, many people around the world have heard of the Lake District and I'm fortunate to live there. 🌄

You may have owned a knitting machine for a couple years — maybe you inherited it, spotted one at a car boot sale, or treated herself after years of admiring knitwear created by designers. You tried to learn the basics, maybe got a few rows in, then hit a wall. The machine sits in the corner of the spare room, quietly gathering dust. You know it's capable of more. So are you. You just need someone to show you the way — without making you feel silly for not knowing. Finally get past the basics and start making things you're genuinely proud of, surrounded with likeminded women who get where you are at.

Fun fact about me: I coached England U21s rounders team and used to play a lot of sports until injuries took over.
