spiritually
This Name reminds us:
Allah is the One who sustains.
We’ll sit with:
• how to use this Name in moments of overwhelm
• how it stabilizes the heart
• how it protects barakah and decisions
• how to return to Allah when you feel scattered
This is not information.
It’s anchoring.
