Sisters. It’s not enough to want freedom. You must have a nervous system that can hold freedom.
Most Muslim women aren’t stuck because they lack desire. They’re stuck because their bodies still believe danger is everywhere.
So every time a door opens…every time a cage unlocks…every time an opportunity shows up…
The survival brain screams:
❌ “What if I fail?”
❌ “What will they say?”
❌ “What if I make the wrong choice?”
❌ “Let me ask permission first…”
❌ “Let me wait for a sign from Allah…”
Your dua says YES but your nervous system says NO.
That’s the Cage.
And until we retrain the patterns in the body…the Crown will always feel “too much.”
