Say HELLO to our newest members: @Eden Maskill-Watts joins us from Liverpool, working remotely for clients and brings design knowledge, wanting to build my network with other queer entrepeneurs; @David Schwartzberg has his own home-based Luxury Watch business and wants to figure out how to best market to the LGBTQ+ demographic; @Fleury Irakoze is based in Kampala, Uganda and brings expertise in LGBTQI+ refugee support, advocacy, and community programs; @Sage Nestler is in Colorado, has expertise in LGBTQ+ mental health, and I hopes to learn more about successfully leading an LGBTQ+ based organization; and @Byron Hill Jr. is in New York, and works in Program Management. If you want to grow your business, stop asking, “How do I do more?” and start asking, “What moves people to buy?” Today, let's concentrate on 3 things: 1. Check Your Offer: Can people quickly understand what you do, who it helps, and why it matters? 2. Check Your Visibility: Are you showing up consistently where your ideal customers already spend time? 3. Check Your Follow-Up: Do you have a clear way to stay in touch after someone shows interest? Now for some Action: Pick one area above and improve it this week. - Rewrite your offer in one sentence - Post one value-driven piece of content - Follow up with 3 warm leads or past clients Bottom line: Businesses usually do not stall because of lack of talent. They stall because the message, visibility, or follow-up is weak. Growth gets easier when you fix the right bottleneck.
