Fully funded PHD programs for an Applied math fresh graduate
Hello My name is GEDEON I'm from IVORY COAST but for the past few years have been in St Petersburg (Russia). Got to russia after winning a mathematical olympiad granting me a full scholarship to study Applied math and informatics at Peter the Great St Petersburg Polytechnic University (top 3-5 best russian university)
Graduated last summer with a Bsc in Applied math and informatics with a speciality in Math modelling and AI
Now looking forward to join a fully funded PHD program in the US or any European country for 2026 (No IELTS/TOEFL No SAT no GRE because I don't have access to these in Russia)
I speak French, English and Russian perfectly
Please help me find my way out of russia
