Intro to Development Workshop
This Wednesday 1/28 at 7 PM EST here in Skool on Zoom, I’ll be hosting the first workshop of a monthly series centered around Developmental Psychology and ways we can locate, orient and participate with our development.
The vision for the space is to begin creating a community where we can access information about adult development, learn about research in the field and adjacent fields, why understanding yourself developmentally has the power to shape a healthier life, and ways you can actively participate, track and engage with your own evolutionary process.
This month the topic is an introduction to meaning making, perspective taking, an overview of the stages model and 3 other adult developmental models, what growth means, signs of development, and how to support yourself during transformational changes.
