Hi fellow evolutionary seekers,
I've been building out assets and tools for the participants in the Prescriptive Developmental Practice pilot and intend to share these over time here in the community. A landing page to participate in the assessment and matching protocol is currently being built for those interested in joining! Coming soon.
For now - here is a developmental research review across key adult developmental models for STAGE 3.0 - The Expert in stages model.
I'll be sharing a white paper on each stage as we go. For now, read through and see if you can locate aspects of Self.
Next month in Workshop classroom, we will be doing a deep dive on the descriptors of each stage and why it's relevant to integrate and recognize the psychological capacities available to us at EACH stage. Along with building our own developmental capacity skills dashboard so we can see ourselves.
Remember: ALL stages are valuable.
