FLBP week 1
Really enjoyed the Monday week1 training. I now have major jelly legs though. 😆 I’ve been doing the same routine at the gym for a while doing the same old thing and it just shows you what a change up can do. I found that tougher than I thought I would! Loved the resistance band exercises, I had some for Xmas and used them for the first time today!
