The Grace Principle
"CONFESSION" is better than being "CAUGHT".
This is the executive leadership principle that was released today in the classroom. While the course is free, you do have to become a level 2 member to access it...just make a few posts, replies, and likes to get there.
I'm curious, what are your thoughts on this principle of grace? Does grace belong in leadership?
