Board Retreats
Does your nonprofit board have an annual or bi-annual retreat?
The most efficient and productive boards that I interact with take one day a year to get offsite together.
We have a course in the classroom titled “how to facilitate your own border retreat”. While I recommend bringing in an outside facilitator for your board retreat, this is the second best option!
I’m curious to hear what everyone else does for their board development and growth!
