How to transform your life ( step 3 )
STEP 3 is where you take everything you’ve written down and start putting it into action. You don’t need a perfect plan, you just need to start. That’s why I believe in a minimalist approach: bodyweight movements, calisthenics, kettlebells. When I started, no one taught me. I was self-taught. And I realized before you worry about lifting weights, you need to be able to move your body. Start simple: 10 push ups, 50 push-ups, even 100 as you progress. Add in bodyweight squats, sit-ups, and daily steps 10,000, or 15,000 if you can. Walking is underrated. You don’t need to do everything at once. Just pick a routine and stick to it. Try it for a few weeks—if it doesn’t resonate, adjust, but don’t quit. Consistency will teach you more than any internet advice.
As you build that routine, you’ll learn. Do your research, listen to people like me who started from scratch, and remember that movement is key. It’s not about how heavy you lift; it’s about how well you move and how consistent you are. Whether it’s walking, running, calisthenics, kettlebells—try it all and find what feels right for you.
Step 3 is about routine. Once you lock that in, everything else starts to build. Next, we’ll talk about nutrition but first, start moving.
Here are some photos of when I started to actually take action and how it progressed over the years with trying everything . I Was always consistent with trying. it doesn't mean I was good at everything but I never gave up trying and this is the outcome of movement.
