Targeted College Markets
Hey everyone, I've been doing more research on college markets, and these are the top markets I'd recommend looking into that look interesting.
My recommendation is to find properties that are 5+ bedrooms, near these colleges/stadiums with price points below $750K and revenue potential above $100-120K+. I'll be researching these markets using strIQ and would love for anyone else to join me in this.
