San Antonio
Hey just took a look at the app and saw a TON of San Antonio homes (all red). Did you get access to the San Antonio MLS?! Great! I would imagine that value-add is the way to increase the CoC in the San Antonio market based on the red. Is there a way to analyze a property in the app with hypothetical scenarios like adding amenities (pool, etc)?
