“We judge ourselves by our intentions. We judge others by their actions.”
Read that again.
When we lose our temper… we say,
“I’m just tired.”
When we miss the workout…
“I’ve been busy.”
When we don’t pray…
“God knows my heart.”
But when someone else disappoints us?
We judge the result.
We rarely stop to ask what battle they’re fighting.
One of the greatest signs of maturity isn’t lowering your standards.
It’s extending the same grace to others that you hope they’ll extend to you.
That doesn’t mean accepting bad behavior.
It means refusing to become a man who is quick to condemn and slow to understand.
Many people are fighting demons that we don’t see, don’t understand, and would run from if they happened to be a part of our story.
Jesus never lowered truth.
He simply led with mercy.
Today… Pause before you assume.
Listen before you judge.
Understand before you criticize.
That’s what strong men do.
Question for the Brotherhood:
When was the last time someone gave you grace you didn’t deserve?
How did it change you?
👇 I’d love to hear your story.
