Tried this 5-min reset today and damn…
Been going non-stop since early 4:00 this morning — back-to-back sessions, content creation, calls, programming, caffeine on loop.
Then mid-day, my brain just checked out.
Foggy. Procrastinating. No focus. Zero creativity. Bit of restlessness.
So I just made the effort to take 5 minutes, did this little Central Nervous System reset (basically breathing in relaxed positions).
Crazy how fast it flipped the switch. Came out feeling clear, calm, actually fresh and ready to go again.
No need for any cold plunge, or fancy bullshit gadgets, just five minutes anywhere.
If you’re the kind of person who’s always on the go, training hard, thinking hard, building stuff… try it.
