It’s stupid simple:
I grab a big 95-ounce bottle (amazon) , fill it in the morning, drop in my sodium / potassium / magnesium mix, shake it, and that’s my baseline for the day.
Every time I’m consistent with it, my training feels better, my mood is steadier, and recovery is way smoother.
Every time I don’t, I feel flat and dehydrated without even realizing it and end of the day I realize I forgot them.
