If you’re planning to run an online business or dropshipping store with U.S. payment gateways like PayPal or Stripe, here’s what you need to know 👇
✅ *For PayPal:*
You’ll need a U.S. LLC, an ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number), and a physical SIM card with a U.S. number for verification and security purposes.
✅ *For Stripe:*
You must have a registered LLC and a live business website that clearly shows your products or services. Stripe checks this before approving your account.
💰 *LLC Formation Cost:*
It depends on which state you register in — some charge as low as $50, others go up to $500.
💳 *ITIN Fee:*
If you don’t have a U.S. SSN, you’ll need an ITIN. The usual processing charge is around $150, including agent assistance and IRS filing.
