Daily Operations Workflow: Running 125 STR Units in 35 Min/Day

Here's the system that runs across 125 units without burning out:
Morning (15 min)
Check arrivals for today. Confirm cleaners are assigned and on schedule. Scan any overnight guest messages — flag anything urgent for follow-up.
Midday (10 min)
Review checkout confirmations. Verify turnovers are complete and units are re-listed as available. Spot-check one listing's pricing vs. local comp set.
Evening (10 min)
Review tomorrow's arrivals. Send pre-check-in messages to guests arriving within 24 hours. Check for any maintenance flags from the cleaning team.
That's 35 minutes a day to run a multi-unit operation.
