I’ve noticed something after working with a lot of store owners. Most people don’t fail in ecom because their product is bad. They fail because they’re trying to do too many things at once.
They build a store, run a few ads, tweak the logo ten times, watch ten YouTube gurus, and then wonder why nothing is moving. The truth is, success in ecom usually comes down to a simple system that works. Good product, clean offer, strong marketing, and consistent testing. That’s it.
For me, the big shift happened when I stopped chasing perfection and started chasing feedback from real customers. That’s when things started scaling.
