Do Your Relationships Reflect His Love? A heart-check for the season of life when wisdom runs deepand legacy is built one relationship at a time. ✦ "By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." — JOHN 13:35 Dear Golden Years family — relationships are the autobiography of our faith. More than our words, more than our church attendance, it is how we love the people right in front of us that tells the world who we truly belong to. As we walk this beautiful, seasoned stage of life, let's pause together and ask three honest questions that have the power to transform every connection we carry. THREE REFLECTION QUESTIONS QUESTION ONE Which relationship do you struggle with the most? We all have one — a grown child who feels distant, a friend who wounded us, a spouse whose habits wear thin, or even our relationship with ourselves. Naming it honestly is the first step toward grace. What is the Lord asking you to surrender in that space today? QUESTION TWO If people examined your relationships closely, would they see something Godly? Not perfect — Godly. Marked by patience, forgiveness, showing up, listening well, and choosing love even when it costs something. Think of your closest relationships right now. What would an honest observer walk away believing about your faith? QUESTION THREE What kind of relationships are you currently building? In our golden years, it is tempting to think the building season is behind us. But the truth is, the relationships we invest in today — with grandchildren, neighbors, younger believers, or those who are lonely — become one of the most lasting parts of our legacy. 📖 Relationship Areas to Examine Before the Lord Your relationship with God Your spouse or closest companion Your children and grandchildren Your siblings and extended family Your church family and small group Your neighbors and community Younger generations you are mentoring Your relationship with yourself 🕊️ Share Your Heart With Us You don't have to answer every question — just the one that stirred something in you. Our community is a place where honesty is welcome and grace is plentiful. Which of these questions spoke to you most today?

Today I learned a new way to stretch called unilateral stretching. Has anyone out here heard about unilateral stretching?

You almost didn’t do it. Let’s be honest. Your comfort zone was louder than your courage this morning. But you did it anyway. Today… I stepped out. I performed an Irish Step dance. Not perfect. Not polished. But real. And here’s what hit me after— Growth doesn’t happen when you feel ready. It happens when you move while your hands are still shaking. If you’re in your Golden Years and thinking… “I could never do that…” That’s the exact sign you should try. Because this season? It’s not for shrinking. It’s for surprising yourself. So here’s my question for you— What is one thing you’ve been too scared to try… but know deep down it’s time? Say it out loud below. Let’s take the step together.
