When you are so exhausted you want bed
As caregivers days can be so exhausting and all you want is bed, but…. That but can feel so heavy. Caregiving doesn’t stop even when you’re exhausted. The meds still need giving. The appointments still need driving. The love still needs showing. But when your cup is empty, don’t carry it alone. Reach out. Call a friend. Lean on your community. Asking for help isn’t weakness—it’s wisdom. Praying strength over every caregiver tonight. You are not alone. DM for if you need encouragement l, etc. I believe in you.
