People assume instead of asking
Instructions are ignored or half-followed
Doubts are kept silent
Communication happens too late

Ask questions whenever you’re unsure
Communicate early, not after a problem
Be honest about where you’re at
Respect each other’s time and effort
You don’t need to know everything to be here.
You just need to be willing to learn, communicate, and show up.

If something isn’t clear — say it.
