Welcome to The Sportsplayer Academy.
Too many talented athletes are navigating a system nobody fully explains to them. The politics of selection. The hidden agendas. The contracts signed without understanding what they mean.
This academy exists to change that.
Built by Tyran Smith — NRL player manager, contract negotiator, player developer. Representing Payne Haas, Addin Fonua-Blake, Siosifa Talakai, Keaon Koloamatangi, Dallin Watene-Zelezniak, KL Iro and more.
8 modules. Real frameworks. Real homework. One a week — built to be implemented, not just watched.
Plus a bonus Parent Module — because the role families play in an athlete's journey matters more than anyone tells them.
Honesty. Integrity. Loyalty.
Human First. Athlete Second.
— Tyran Smith,
Sportsplayer Management
