What u do is I have the ball in my hands and I put it on the floor on the six yard line (or wherever you have to take it from) then I plant my not dominant foot next to the ball and my body is at an angle facing the ball then I take four big strides back if I’m not happy with the angle I take 1-2 steps to what ever side I then take two deep breaths then I jog up to the ball plant the non dominant foot a little further back from the line then I lean back and smash it with my dominant foot making contact with the underside of the ball and I follow through it.
