Mountaineers In-Season Mindset & Leadership Development
This full-year mindset and leadership plan supports varsity athletes from May to May with structured monthly lessons, mental performance strategies, and team-building activities. Each month aligns with the academic and competitive calendar, helping student-athletes build self-leadership, team culture, and mental resilience year-round. The program combines virtual and in-person components, including monthly workshops, weekly inspiration posts, and bi-weekly reflection discussions.
