Youth Recovery Academy is for young athletes who struggle with recovery or want to learn how to recover better.
Most athletes focus on training. Few focus on recovery.
But recovery is where adaptation happens. Training creates the stimulus; recovery allows your body to adapt, grow stronger, and perform better. Without proper recovery, much of your hard work never turns into results.
I was that person who trained 15+ hours a week on 6 hours of sleep. I was that person who trained twice a day while eating less than a squirrel. I've experienced exhaustion like nobody else.
I only stopped when my body gave up.
That's a very bad way to train... and to live life.
Over the years, I made countless mistakes with the balance between training and recovery. Those mistakes taught me lessons that I want to share with other young athletes, so they don't have to learn everything the hard way.
That's why Youth Recovery Academy exists.
