Confidence in game and before

I am a champ player with 1.5 hours, I was watching appjack video and it really clicked. He said that being confident is a choice because you don’t, just gain confidence, you choose to have that confidence. I realize that lots of people in lower ranks just don’t, have confidence to play or be motivated to play. A tip he said is to give yourself fake confidence, just so you can have a better feeling in going into a big match.
