On one of the recent joke ER calls we talked about trusting your material enough that you don’t wink at the audience. Here’s a perfect example of what that looks like in practice. David practicing what he preaches.
David never winks or acknowledges that he has even said anything funny. As a result, the jokes land harder and funnier.
