The Cosmic Human Operating Model Business Edition
I had a really deep and interesting conversation with a director of a business last week about the CHoM and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly he understood the need for east and west, left and right side brain integral thinking for organisations. the CHoM doesn’t just serve individuals it literally bridges both worlds and this little snippet on how I explained it brings it to life why it’s needed and the problems it will solve in businesses as well as in life. Whole humans deserve to be treated as whole humans ♥️♥️
