Asking in more than one way..

Hi Lester - I have completed the modules going back to reference certain areas. I put the comparison Analytics details url above.
I believe I now need to locate zoning information to have sites located and do funding. I located 2 sites that were previous locations:
1 out of town and is no longer zoned.
2. I need to go by as it is an old location unused about 15 min away.
Not sure if there is a specific site or companies focused on Laundromats researchers....but I will be pulling the business plan together.
How far is too far in your experience. I can do out of town as well, but preferably in areas where I have boots on the
